If you are a current Senior do NOT use this form. Please contact your college counselor directly to request a Transcript. For all current 9th, 10th, 11th grade students and Mullen Alumni you may proceed with this form.
Please note, your academic Transcript is the permanent, official record of your academic history at Mullen High School. Official Transcripts are normally mailed or emailed directly to a school or company you indicate. An Official Transcript can be mailed to you but will be secured with a seal that cannot be broken as it will render the document unofficial. We are not permitted to email you an Official Transcript. However, we may email or mail an Unofficial Transcript to you, a school or business. We do not accept Transcript requests by fax, email or telephone. All required fields, including the electronic signature, must be filled out in order to submit your request successfully. You will receive an automated message confirming receipt once completed correctly.
*Transcripts are processed as quickly as possible and normally leave the Registrar's Office within three school days of receiving the order. The Office of the Registrar is open on school days from 7:30am - 3:30pm. If you have additional questions, please contact Katie Weaver, Registrar.
